1.- How can I make an online purchase through the Callaghan Online Shop?

Shopping at Callaghan Online Shop is very easy. Firstly, you need to register. Go to "Register" and "Create account". Once you have registered, your personal details will be saved in our database to process your order and facilitate your future purchases. Choose the product you want, select the right size and add it to your basket. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process and once you have finished shopping click on "Next", select a payment method and click "Next" again. Finally you simply have to accept the “Online Shopping Terms and Conditions” and “Confirm the order”. Once the order has been placed, we will send you within minutes an e-mail message confirming the order. If the payment has been made by wire transfer or by credit/debit card, we will send you another email once the payment has been received. Finally, you will be sent an email as soon as the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.

2.- How can I update my profile?

To update your profile go to "Log in". Log into your account and update your details.

3.- If I forget my password, how can I retrieve it?

Go to "Log in" and click on "forgot your password?". Enter your email address and the security code and press "Send". Within minutes we will send you an email message with a new password.

4.- Do Callaghan shoes come in half sizes?

No, Callaghan shoes come in full sizes only.

5.- In which countries is available the Callaghan Online Shop?

The Callaghan Online Shop is available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

6.- What currency are the prices shown in?

All prices on this website are shown in Euros and include taxes.

7.- How can I pay for my order?

  1. Payment can be made by:

  2. Credit and Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard).
    Secure system operated by our bank. You will be redirected to the secure BBVA payment gateway page.
  3. Cash on delivery order.
    Orders will be charged an additional 3% (minimum applicable 2,42EUR). This payment method is available for deliveries within Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands only.
  4. PayPal
    Pay quickly and securely using your Paypal account, your credit or your debit card.

8.- When will my order be delivered?

Upon receipt of your payment, the estimated delivery time is:

  1. Para envios a España Peninsular, Baleares y Portugal: de 1-3 días laborables con MRW o Correos Express y de 7-10 días laborables con Correos.
  2. 3-6 working days for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, France, Greece, Holland, Italy and Sweden. The orders will be delivered by the courier company UPS.

Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays. In order to prevent any delivery incidents (wrong address, impossible to find someone at home..), please fill in the delivery address correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone number. Callaghan does not deliver in PO boxes.

Callaghan Online Shop will not be considered responsible for not fulfilling the subscribed contract in case of exhaustion of stock, force majeure, transport strike, floods or fire. In the event the order cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the total amount of the order will be returned back. During the sales period o promotions the estimated delivery time may be affected.

9.- What are the shipping costs?

The total shipping costs are indicated below:

  1. Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: 3 € – 3,70 € – 1 €, depending on the delivery service.
    Free shipping on orders over 40 €.
  2. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal and Sweden: 10 €.
    Free shipping on orders over 140 €.

10.- How can I track my order?

Log into your account, go to "My orders"and click on the "view order details" button.

11.- Can I return or exchange my order?

If for whatever reason when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you can exchange it or return it within 30 days of the date of receipt. In order to exchange or return an item, the item must not be used or damaged and must be packed in the same way in which it was received. Exchanges:

  1. Deliveries to Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: Please note that if you wish to exchange your order for a different size or product, the first exchange will be free of charge.
  2. Deliveries to Italy, France, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Greece, Belgium, Holland and Denmark: The shipping costs expenses shall be at your expense. Once the merchandise has been received we will get in touch with you to arrange the exchange.

Returns:

For a full refund please send your merchandise back to us. The shipping costs expenses of the item you wish to return shall be at your expense. Callaghan Online Shop will not accept returns sent carrier due. Upon receipt of your return, allow up to 5 working days for the credit to appear on your payment card statement. Together with the product you must send the Return/Exchange Form. Form
