If you are interested in purchasing the CALLAGHAN® and GORILA® products through the website, you will be considered a customer (hereinafter, the "Customer"). Therefore, please read carefully the following terms and conditions before placing any order on this website.

These T&Cs regulate the online shopping service for the sale of the products through the website which is provided by the company "RED ARROW S.L", whose identification details are the following:

2.- The Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and their acceptance.

The online shopping service provided by Red Arrow is regulated by the current T&Cs and by the general conditions of access and use of the website "" which the Customer should consult in the "Legal Disclaimer" before accessing the online shop. The general conditions of access and use of the web will be inextricably linked to the current T&Cs once these have been accepted by the Customer.

In case of any inconsistency between the general conditions of access and use of the website and the current T&Cs, the T&Cs will prevail.

As a Customer, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by the current T&Cs.

In order to purchase in the RED ARROW online shop the Customer will need to register and accept the current T&Cs. Furthermore, the Customer will have to accept the T&Cs again at the end of the buying process. By using and shopping through you agree to accept the T&Cs.

RED ARROW reserves the right to change the products, prices, costs, promotions and any other commercial conditions presented on the website as well as the T&Cs at any time without further notice.

The Customer will be subject to the T&Cs in force at the time the Customer confirmed the order and which he accepted by clicking "I accept the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions".

3.- Recipient of the online shop.

Pursuant to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16th November on the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the online shopping service is intended to end customers only. Therefore the wholesalers, distributors, purchasing centers, superstores or any other intermediary in the footwear industry are excluded from this service.

Based on the above, it is strictly prohibited to sell the products which have been purchased through the online shop.

The products available in the RED ARROW online shop are distributed in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Ireland.

4.- The products and the information provided on the web.

The products offered on this website are a selection of the CALLAGHAN® and GORILA® registered brands Collections for men, women and children.

With every product you will find the following information: name of the product, pictures of the product, description of the product, the product´s collection name, available sizes, price (taxes included) and shipping costs.

RED ARROW makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate, with no typographical errors, and to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. Nevertheless, the colours that appear on the screen might be subject to variations depending on the quality of the Customer´s computer monitor.

In the event the written information provided on the website about the product is incorrect, the Customer will have the right to cancel the order without incurring in any cost.

5.- Shopping procedure and Register.

A) REGISTER: In order to purchase in the RED ARROW online shop it is required for the Customer to register and create an account. The Customer must click on "Register", fill in the personal details and then click on "Create an account". Once the Customer has completed the registration process, the data will be saved to process and deliver future orders.

B) SELECTION: The Customer must choose the product that he would like to buy and click on its picture. The description of the product, pictures of the product and the available sizes will be displayed. The Customer should select the size and click on "Add to basket".

C) MY BASKET: If the Customer wishes to purchase more than one product, he can do so by clicking the "Continue shopping" button.

Once the Customer has finished selecting the products that he wants to purchase, he should ensure that the details are correct (model nº, picture, size, number of pairs).

The basket will show the price of each selected item (included taxes), the total price of the purchase and the shipping costs.

To confirm the order the Customer should click on "Next" so as to select subsequently one of the available payment methods.

D) PAYMENT METHOD: At this stage if the Customer has not logged into his account yet, the application will request him to log in and select a payment method.

Payments can be made by:

- If you choose to pay with Paypal, you will be directed to Paypal to pay with your Paypal account, your credit or your debit card. When you pay with PayPal, you don’t share your financial details. It is quick and secure.

- Credit and Debit Card ( Visa and Mastercard): The Customer will be redirected to the secure BBVA payment gateway page. This system provides maximum security as the payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding finantial institution.

- Wire transfer: The bank charges resulting from these transactions shall be borne by the Customer.These are the wire transfer details:

The order will not be accepted until the funds have been received in the RED ARROW bank account. The payment must be received within five business days from the date the order was placed, the Customer should indicate the order number and the full Customer´s name. If after that period RED ARROW has not received the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

- Cash on delivery order: The orders will be charged an additional 3% (minimum applicable 2,42EUR). This payment method is available for deliveries within Spain only.

E) CONFIRMATION: Once the payment method has been selected, the Customer will be able to view the order summary details (the payment method, model nº, personal information).

Finally, to confirm the order the Customer will have to simply click on "I accept the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions" and "Confirm Order".

Once the order has been placed, we will send you within minutes an e-mail message confirming the order.

To see the status of your order go to "My orders" and click on the "view order details" button.

RED ARROW does not deliver in PO boxes.

6.- Currency and applicable taxes.

All prices on this website are shown in Euros and include VAT (21%).

The Customer will find on the website all the information concerning the price and the characteristics of the products available on the website.

7.- Shipping costs and delivery times.

The shipping costs of the products purchased in the online shop will be borne by the Customer.

Shipping costs details:

  • Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: 3 € – 3,70 € – 1 €, depending on the delivery service.
    Free shipping for those purchases greater than 40 €.
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden and Ireland: 10 €.
    Free shipping on orders over 140 €

Upon receipt of your payment, the estimated delivery time is:

  • For Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: 1-3 working days for orders delivered by the courier company MRW or Correos Express and 7-10 working days for orders delivered by Correos.
  • 3-6 working days for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Sweden and United Kingdom. The orders will be delivered by the courier company UPS.

The orders will be delivered during business hours. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays. In order to prevent any delivery incidents (wrong address, impossible to find someone at home..), the Customer should fill in the delivery address correctly. The Customer is also advised to indicate a contact telephone number.

RED ARROW does not deliver in PO boxes and CityPaqs.

The RED ARROW Online Shop will not be considered responsible for not fulfilling the subscribed contract in case of exhaustion of stock, force majeure, transport strike, floods or fire. In the event the order cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the total amount of the order will be refunded to the the Customer.

8.- Returns and exchanges.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the order, the Customer has a period of 30 business days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the product (s).The business days will be determined by the law of the place where the delivery takes place.

In order to return or exchange an order, the following conditions must be fulfilled: the product must not have been used and it must be packaged in the same way in which it was received. If the Customer no longer has the original packaging, he must replaced it with packaging of similar characteristics.

  • Deliveries to Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: Please note that if you wish to exchange your order for a different size or product, the first exchange will be free of charge.
  • Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden and Ireland: The shipping costs expenses shall be at your expense. Once the merchandise has been received we will get in touch with your to arrange the exchange.


For a full refund please send your merchandise back to us. If all the conditions are fulfilled, RED ARROW will make a full refund. The refund will be made to the bank account provided in the Return Form or to the card used to make the original purchase.

Return postage costs must always be paid by the Customer. The Online Shop will not accept returned products if the postage costs are not covered by the Customer.

The Customer must also fill in the Return Form (click on Return Form and print it) and send it together with the product (s). The product(s) should be returned to the following address:

9.- Warranty

In case of defect, the product warranty is 2 years from the delivery date. The USER must inform of the lack of conformity within a period of 2 months since he became aware of it.

10.- Security policy.

Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and the rights to which the client can revoke their consent are: access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment or portability of the data.

11.- Cookies and links.

The USER is hereby informed that the WEB uses cookies for the sole purpose of storing certain USER's data and not having to request it constantly. The browser stores the cookies or small data files on a temporary basis on the hard disk of the customer's computer which will be deleted from the computer when terminating the browser session and in any case, they will expire after 30 minutes. The transactions made between RED ARROW and the Customer will be archived by RED ARROW.

Therefore, the Customer will be able to view the details of the orders placed during the last 12 months. The Customer will simply have to log in and click on "My orders" button.
